Who We Are
Valley Mental Health’s Outpatient Services in Tooele County is located at 100 South 1000 West in Tooele, Utah. Tooele County Outpatient Services are specialized in mental health care, substance abuse and prevention programs. The Tooele County Commissioners, the local Substance Abuse Authority, and Mental Health Authority have contracted with Valley Mental Health to provide services.
