A QUICK MESSAGE FROM OUR PROGRAM MANAGER
As our community continues to grow so do our services. As community partners I feel it is important that we keep you apprised of these changes so that we can all better serve our clients and our community. I hope that this eNewsletter will serve as an effective means to keep you updated on the new and continuing activities, services, programs, and personnel at our center.

This site has been designed to be a valuable information resource for our clients and community partners. Here's what you'll be able to access on our site:

Contact Us: All our contact information is here: phone & fax numbers, mailing address, e-mail addresses, etc.

Services: A description of the wide range of programs, groups and services we provide in the fields of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Prevention. See what groups are currently being offered on our Group Calendar.

Appointments & Referrals: Information for clients and our community partners regarding the process of meeting with a counselor, confidentiality, fees, making referrals, etc.

Info Central: Free information and recommended resources on various mental health, substance abuse, parenting and relationship topics.

Meet the Team: Put faces to the names of those you've worked with over the phone or by letter, or just meet us for the first time. You may also contact each member of our team via e-mail from here.

Newsletter: Read about the latest changes, programs, groups, services and other news. Past newsletters will be archived here as well.

Outcome Data: See what clients and referral sources report about the quality of, and access to, our services.

Community Resources: Our success is due in part to the other great resources, organizations and agencies that we collaborate with in our community. Links to these partners are found here. If your organization isn't listed here, let us know and we'll add your link.

Locations: Our main office is located in Park City. We also have two satellite offices in Kamas and Coalville. Office addresses and printable maps are here.


TV TURNOFF WEEK: APRIL 23-29
An entire week with no TV? Why? What on earth will we do instead? Learn more about the national program that Valley Mental Health-Summit County is sponsoring in our community this month by going to our website or calling us for more info!


OUR NEW COALVILLE OFFICE

While we have had an office in the Coalville Health Center for years, we have recently acquired new office space that will better serve the needs of our clients. It is located at 149 So. Main Street. This office will assist us to further improve our high standards of providing accessible, confidential and professional services to the residents of the North Summit District. We have three therapists who work at this office three days a week. They are Merrilee Buchanan, LCSW, Jonathan Sherman, LMFT and Katherine Hoggan, LPC-temp. Sessions at our Coalville and Kamas offices are by appointment only.
